About Tardo Pede In Magiam Versus

Tardo Pede In Magiam Versus is the second album from Italian progressive rock band, Jacula. The album is very different from their first album and more properly made, notably because Doris Norton is singing, new member Albert Goodman is on drums, and that the band dropped their signature distortion guitar. Frontman Antonio Bartoccetti stated the reason why there were changes on the album is because, "We didn't want to reproduce the same album, and that many rock bands were repeating their sound." But nevertheless, the music is still dark even though more of an Italian progressive rock oriented sound. After the album, the band would change their name to Antonius Rex.
