Ashley Erinn Harder (born August 18, 1987) is a Canadian beauty queen, fashion model, runway model, writer, actress and socialite. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba to parents Robyn Lee Asimikopololous and Shawn Harder, Harder lived with her mother's family at an early age and later moved in with her Grandmother. As a child, Harder took an immediate interest in performing. Her mother being a former model herself, she had Harder cast in numerous TV commercials and music video's. She appeared in a Nine Inch Nails music video for their Album The Fragile portraying a drug addicted, suicidal teen. Only being 12 at the time, Harder grew tired of the fast paced industry life, and decided to quit. Harder attended high school at College St. Norbert Collegiate, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, receiving comparable grades. During and after high school, Harder attended a culinary arts class. Though she never seriously considered the business, Harder was discovered at a very early age by a rep at BDM talent, but having rejected the industry in the past, there was speculation over her return.
